At EAHB Media, we aim to provide transparent, reliable, and professional music distribution services. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued for payments made on our platform.
By purchasing any subscription, service, or plan from EAHB Media, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. No Refund After Distribution Submission
Once a release (single/album/EP) has been submitted for distribution or processing, no refund will be provided, even if the release is later rejected by stores or removed due to policy violations.
This is because distribution processing involves operational costs and third-party platform handling.
2. Subscription Refund Policy
All subscription fees paid to EAHB Media (monthly/yearly or any plan-based payment) are generally non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind after purchase

Failure to use the service
-
Delay caused by incomplete metadata or missing files from the user

Store rejections due to copyright issues or policy violations
-
Account suspension due to fraud, illegal content, or policy breach
3. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases Only)
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
3.1 Duplicate Payment
If a customer is charged multiple times for the same subscription/service due to a payment gateway issue, we will refund the extra amount after verification.
3.2 Payment Successful but Service Not Activated
If payment is successfully completed but the subscription/service is not activated on your dashboard due to a technical issue from our side, we will either:

activate the service immediately, OR
-
issue a refund if activation is not possible within a reasonable time.
3.3 Unauthorized Payment (Proof Required)
If a payment is made fraudulently using your account/card without your permission, we may investigate and process a refund only after:

valid proof is provided

verification is completed
-
the service has not been used for distribution.
4. Processing Time for Refunds
If your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
5. KYC Rejection / Account Verification Failure
If your account is rejected due to failed KYC verification or incomplete documents, subscription payments may be refundable only if:

no release has been uploaded or submitted for distribution

the service has not been used
-
the request is made within 7 days of payment
EAHB Media reserves the right to approve or reject such refund requests.
6. Store Rejection / Takedown Policy
EAHB Media is not responsible for refunds if your content is rejected, delayed, removed, or taken down by music platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.) due to:

copyright infringement
-
fake streams or artificial promotion
-
misleading metadata
-
duplicate content
-
illegal/abusive content
-
violation of platform guidelines
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a user files a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, EAHB Media reserves the right to:

suspend the account immediately
-
block all releases from distribution
-
hold royalty payments until dispute resolution
-
permanently terminate the account if fraud is confirmed
8. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription anytime. However:

subscription cancellation does not qualify for a refund
-
cancellation will only stop future renewals (if applicable)
-
services will remain active until the subscription expiry date
9. Changes to This Refund Policy
EAHB Media reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website/dashboard and will apply to future purchases.
